On Sept. 22, Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services hosted the 2nd annual Veterans Health Summit with ConsenSys Health, a technology company that is driving positive, inclusive change in healthcare and life sciences.
This virtual event brought together health practitioners, thought-leaders, and researchers to both identify barriers to quality healthcare confronting veterans and their families. Throughout the summit, partners were able to discuss solutions that have the potential to transform how healthcare is delivered.
Participants kick-started a critical conversation about increasing the overall wellness for veterans and their families. This is another example of how Dixon Center helps communities, organizations, and individuals gain fresh insights that lead to innovative solutions for both complex and routine challenges facing veterans and those touched by military service.
"From the conversations that began on Wednesday, Dixon Center is launching into a partnership with ConsenSys Health, to ensure that veterans and their families have access to the healthcare they've earned and deserve." Colonel (Ret.) Sam Whitehurst, Vice President, Programs & Services, Dixon Center for Military and Veterans.
